A lot of great prices at DD!!! (10-Dec-11)

^ In the "best" case you may end up getting the STL-V2 plus two packs of (perhaps fake) 18650 batteries for just 38USD - first unprotected and then after claim process also the protected which you've originally ordered... ;-)

Damn! Just paid 54$ for one from Manafont last Monday :(

You can pick up an eight-pack of very similar lights in 4 different colors for under $15 at Home Depot. Batteries included....

Hehe. JFYI, the flame TFs have been out of stock for at least a week now, but if they have something you can actually use (there's little point in ordering random junk you have no use for just because it's free, if you ask me) and they have it at a semi-reasonable price, that might actually be a really good deal.

They also sell the X9, btw. If you can find some batteries, chargers or something that brings the total to $50+, you get the X9 for the eBay going rate plus you get the other item for free.

TF-Flames are in stock:

(there are for some reason two entries for TF Flame Protected 18650, the other one is out-of-stock)

Sunwayman V60C for $101.69! That's pretty low compared to the competition. I mean, they don't even come close. Include the $20 off >$100 coupon.

EDIT: Looks like you can get it for $130 now on ebay. The other vendors are generally around $160.

I stand corrected. Thanks, CheapThrills. :)

NP, had same problem just minutes before you posted

Can´t figure out, why they have "dead" items hanging there. Price is also the same on both...

Oh stupid me, just realized that if I want to get V60C it does not include the charger (~35$ more for that).

STL-V2 + 2x Lotterybatteries adds to ~40$. Hard to resist...

No, the DD TF Flames are no longer lottery batteries, i have got all my 8 replacement ones now and all 8 are protected via 3 different shipments. 3 of them randomly selected and tested to just below 2300mAh (and the good thing is that they seem to be consistent here, which is good for multi-cell which don't require high amps anyway). That's on par with XTAR 2600s, so i am ok even if they do not get to 2450mAh.

Still thinking what to get.... heh

Crap...already have a FunkyFire STL-V6.

Even with the discounts, that Sunwayman just doesn't trip my budget light trigger at all...

$65.69 shipped after the $18 coupon. SAVE18OFFSP

Change this out to a XM-L (prob 20mm star), Andi and engerotelis have done it, the former got 82k on his meter and the latter got 100k on his meter (be mindful that different meters may under and over read).

$45 shipped for a nice gun metal Trustfire SST-50 flashlight, if you really want to have one in the collection.

Actually the Trustfire X7 has a SST-50. It probably is a typo. Check the pictures on DD too, that's a SST-50. I mean it doesn't look like a XM-L. Stock intensity for the SST-50 in there is about 45k, due to the larger die.

Yes, yes, I get it ;)

I have been just too lazy to demand & wait for replacement and on first delivery have gotten everything else than the right stuff. Got money back, no prob though. :)

Considering getting another V60C?? am i crazy?

Paid $155 for my first one (no charger too), but $102 for one from DD, gosh!.

BTW, I'm happy I'm not forced to pay for the charger, I'm not a fan of serial charging without balancing.

okwchin, how's the tint in the V60C? Is it the same as the V10A/V10R? The T40CS I have is a wee bit greenish on low, though on high it is not blue.

Really trying not to spend more on lights (want to start on astronomy but visual only and not astrophotography)

Hmm, looks like SAVE13OFFME is no longer valid. It goes through but shows $0.00 off. Last I checked, the coupon was supposed to be valid through 12/28.

It's precisely this kind of stuff that pisses people off and if it's an oversight or a bug, it would be a good idea to come out with an official statement and fix it. If people invest half an hour bargain hunting, check out and don't get what was advertised (or get a big fat zero instead), they feel ripped off.

Save13offbr seems to work still.

That one is the only one that has worked for me.

How good is this charger? Maybe with the SLT-V2 as a combo with $13 off = US$ 41.38
