This is my first "stand alone" battery test/review, there is very little text in the review, but I have written a seperate article with more information about the information box and the charts. Later on I plan on making a comparison, like my old2010 and 2011 battery reviews.















Each chart has curves for two batteries, but these batteries are nearly identical in performance and the curves are on top of each other.


















The battery is charged to 4.2 volt (More precise: 4.196V), but when the charge current is stopped the voltage falls immediately to 4.185 volt and during the next hour to 4.163 volt. This is normal for LiIon batteries.

Crib notes:

*Extremely well-matched cells, perfect for multi-cell operation.

*Over 8-Amp discharge rate.

*Very good capacity at both high and low discharge rates.

That was a surprise, when I did the first trace of the second cell and looked at the graph, I could not find it! A close study revealed that there was two curve, nearly perfectly on top of each other.

I believe that some of the reason for this close match is because I have very tight control of the charging. I wonder how other cells will do.
