I don’t speak german but I will take your word for it.
The way I understand it is that the 90+ CRI is available but only by the complete reel (aka, 3500 of them). It will remain that way until a distributor / reseller buys said reel and then resells it to people like us.
For some reason the major suppliers tend to only stock low CRI, cool white or 3000k LED’s.
It is only a matter of time before some of the 90+ 219’s become available to the general public. The question is how much time.
I’ll tell you why I an buying 20 more of these ( I already purchased 20 before this ) , Out of all of the lights I’ve shown people over the past few years , these simple , yet elegant lights are instantly popular .
For non-flashaholics , one mode and the use of a common battery are easy .
I EDC one of these at work .
My intention is to give some of them away as gifts . The rest I purchased for people I gave lights to that want to get some to give away to their friends .
I EDC one since they came out and have a spare for backup. They are a great little user friendly light for sure. I blue loc-tighted the bezels as they can back out over time and and 6 tiny pieces will disappear. I was lucky.
Darn it- here I go again Time to start going back to the meetings again.
