I would wild guess they are getting rid of an extremely old stock with P4 or other rejects from manufacturers. Still, can't beat the price. Whole flashlight for way less than a good 18650 cell.
Probably low powered P4 (around 0,6A on max) with greenish tint is my guess. But you can get q5 of ebay for 3,2$ delivered and mod the light for DD at ~1A.

No matter what they send P4 or Q3 or Q5 it is still worth the price.
The thing is we never no what these sellers send out, we go by trust.
