SOLD -Nitecore EA4 Pioneer 960 lumens only $20.00

Light is SOLD.
Have this Nitecore EA4 Pioneer 960 lumens which stop working properly, appears there is something affecting the circuitry. The light will not enter moonlight, strobe/SOS but will cycle through the other modes. When the batteries are removed and re-installed, I need to top the bottom to get it to turn on, but once is on, it works fine. I purchased this light from a co-worker over a year ago, the guy changed jobs and I lost contact. I have other flashlights so this one just sit on my night stand, it work great as a standard flashlight or to walk the dog, very bright. I have everything with the exception of the cheap flimsy, good for nothing lanyard, snap broke. I know there are talented guys in here who work on lights and I’m sure they can get it fixed so, if you’re really up for a challenge you can attempt to repair it or you may be able to have it sent in for warranty claim or use as it is. Still a very good flashlight.

I got it. thanks for the super fast shipping. I wonder if anyone can chime in as to why it works on alkalines and not rechargeables.I’m thinking of putting in a pair of rechargeables that are low and see if then they’ll work ?

I was using the blue color rechargeable AA Eneloop all this time without any problem so I don’t know what to say? Did you tried topping the bottom once batteries are re-installed?

your co-worker ripped you off. i just realized this is an xm-l, not an xm-l2 led. it is the original generation one in the generation 2 box.

Really? That’s news to me! To be honest with you, I had no idea there was two generations of this light or if he was selling me an xm-l or xm-l2, the only thing I know is that the light was working perfect and without any problem. I paid this guy almost 50 bucks for it only because he was including the 4-Eneloop batteries. That’s probably why he quit his job and I lost contact with him…lol
