Recently my wife and I vacationed in Hawaii. while there we stayed for 4 nights in volcano national park. simply awesome. If you wanted to view the lava flowing into the ocean, there was a four mile walk thru the lava field. of course you had to stay until dark for the full effect. OK OK, I’m getting to it! The two hour walk back was in total darkness, of course i was prepared with my conway c8 but my wife whipped out her BLF 348 that I had given her several weeks earlier. I chuckled waiting for the chance to use my manly light, to my surprise that little light lasted the entire way although it was starting to get dim at the end. Amazing!
