Cyberport888 -Ebay seller is solid and ships FAST

I have made several orders with both of them and they respond very quickly and your order is shipped right away. Thumbs up for these two sellers...

For some reason I can never get these seller’s pics to load (tried past entire week). They barely start loading and seems their pic server is ‘overwhelmed’. I tried with both Firefox & Goggle Chrome, same result. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, it's crazy slow, will take about 10 minutes to see all pictures :D

I'm still waiting just for ONE pic to fully load so I can check it's file size. They appear to have a serving host at www.cyberportpic.com, and that site shows "Under Construction" on main page. Quite possible they are serving too large of file size uncompressed pics which would be slooow & counter-productive.

I hope these guys are good, because I ordered a boatload of flashlights over the weekend - before seeing this thread. Mostly super-budget AAA and AA MXDLs for gifts, but also a Skyray SR-5 XML with (2) 18650 batteries and charger for the princely sum of $21.50 shipped. Good to hear they might show up sooner than expected.

This seller has auctions running almost non-stop.

Edit: HOLY COW these guys are fast! Delivered in 10 days to Maryland, USA. That's got to be a record.

redlog is one of them is

Yes, cyberport888 and their affiliates are all good. I have bought from cyberport and go-market, 3-4 times, each time was surprisingly fast shipping time and a working product. I always seem to get what I paid for with them.

Ditto to everything said. They totally rock.

I bought a helicopter in february 2012... and I was very disappointed because it did not work !

I contacted the company to change it or get a refund : they accepted. I have been waiting for a couple of days, then I contacted them to get the refund they promised me : no reply from the company ! I do not know what to do now...

I sent them a last email, I am waiting for their reply... I will keep you up to date !

Arun (very disappointed)

Perhaps open PayPal dispute?

Interesting first-and-only-post

And he joined today just to write it...

Hi guys,

Happy to hear that I am only one to have problems with cyberport888. Maybe, this seller was previously fantastic... but he is no longer !

Dear Taz, nt very clever what you say. To post a message you need to "join" you.

I searched a forum dealing with cyberport888 to share my bad experience... that's why I joined you to write it.

Others may join me later... maybe !

Arun

When did you send them an email requesting a refund? Have you filed a PayPal dispute?

As trooplewis says, did you open a PayPal dispute? You would have probably got your refund (if the case is like you say it is), and that's it. For now you I suppose you are on the hunt to spam "your complaint" around on sites that mention Cyberport888 (who has .4% negative in 300000 sales). Ok, this is why you joined as you said, noted. Please continue your journey. I would appreciate if you had joined to contribute to the actual content/theme of the forum.

Welcome to BLF, arun!

Good luck in your refund.

Aloha and welcome to BLF arun!

Again i don't think boot licking is appropriate ..if you like them fine ..if you think they suck than you should say so .. real simple .. it lets the reader make a fair assessment ..I'm not much of an ebay fan and don't consider them real vendors considering they can immediately drop one name and pop up another .. or like someone has said .. this guy has 3 names ... that isn't real cool in my book ..it means he;'s hedging his bet ..smart for him ...bad for the customer ...I also don't like how customers treat ebay vendors ...The system is broken and the win win winner is paypal/ ebay ...i'd rather wrestle a dinosaur.(ok maybe not !)

welcome to BLF Arun ..

Glad we stuck out in a google search :P

Hope they make it right

Boaz: "Again i don't think boot licking is appropriate ..if you like them fine ..if you think they suck than you should say so .. real simple .."

Agreed. If these Cyberport888 people are genuinely above and beyond call of duty then they deserve the praise and good PR, and fair play to them. But bad experiences need to be reported as well.

Taz: "I would appreciate if you had joined to contribute to the actual content/theme of the forum."

That's exactly what he did by relating his experience with the seller that this thread is about.

arun: Don't write the seller off too soon. Some very experienced BLF-ers are giving them the thumbs-up here, and that invariably counts for a lot. Emails get accidentally wiped/lost in systems etc, and it may also be that a replacement helicopter has already been sent out to you. FWIW my advice is be polite, patient and persistent, and please keep us posted re progress. And welcome to BLF

My first and only buy a Keygos M10 also arrived fast and well packed. The light was in top condition too.
