Possible wrong LED in my Manker U11?

I bought a Manker U11 and BLF A6 together and the Manker U11 tint is very very warm, definitely not a 3D tint which it advertises as. The BLF A6 also claims to use a 3D tint which has no issues. I have taken some pictures of the two of them side by side with a third light, Gloworm XS, using a 3C tint LED. Anyone with a Manker U11 can confirm that theirs is too warm as well?

Yep, I noticed that too. It is more yellow warm (I like it).

4500k tint?

Oh I guess this is correct by their standards, was about to order another one in hopes that I’d receive the correct tint

+1 Definitely warmer /yellower than neutral that’s for sure. Beats ghost white for sure. And is easier on the eyes in deciphering detail.

My U11 is bit more yellow than neutral, too. DX site fixed the description to “Warm white” rather than neutral after I ordered it.

My U11 is definitely coolish white. No warm, no yellow. Think I got it from fasttech 6 months or so ago.

That’s probly coz you got the cool white version and not the “neutral” white version.

Even within a tint bin there will still be a range of tints. A sample that is right on the edge of a binning category will look more like the bin next to it, than a LED of the same bin, but right at the other extreme.

If you have the original box, it is marked. Either 1A Cool or 3D Neutral

“NW” manker on the right side, left side 6500-7000k and middle about neutral, I’d think.
