The Colaier Lii-500 is exactly the same with LiitoKala Lii-500, but if the name is the problem and I can persuade you to lower it’s price by giving you links for cheaper LiitoKala Lii-500 than your price, just ask it!
The real problem with your prices, is the high shipping cost, especially for batteries.
You used to provide free registered mail for orders over $40. Then you changed it, charging some cents for tracking ($0.19 is the amount another BLF member told me). Then it became about $2.80. The last days that I’m checking for High Drain batteries, I’ve noticed that the 4-lot HG2’s was sold $19,75 (17.59 + 2.16 for obligatory registered mail), then the item was about 1-1,5$ more expensive (same cost for registered) and today it’s $26,14 (17.99 + 8.15 for obligatory registered mail)! Don’t know what happened all of a sudden, but at these shipping prices for batteries I doubt somebody will buy…
Typically it seems that there is no free shipping with tracking number at the moment in Gearbest.
I’m talking for all orders, not only for batteries.
It is becoming very annoying because it adds a respectable amount of money to any order (when you want to get tracking number).
There are several online shops that provide register shipping for orders 20$ and up.
And I think that everyone wants a tracking number…
What I wrote regarding old policy (free registered mail for orders over $40) used to apply for everything, not only batteries. But the shipping cost that GB applies for batteries this period, is enormous in comparison to their price. Paying over $8 as shipping cost for a pair of batteries that cost about the same, is simply out of the question! :person_facepalming: I hope it’s a mistake og GB’s OS and they’ll fix it soon.
I totally agree that over a certain amount (about $20-25 as competitor e-shops), free registered mail should be provided. That’s why I’ve paused (some months now) making orders at GB. I’ve ordered only a few really good flash deals and for the rest of my orders I’ve been dealing with other sellers/e-shops (mostly trustworthy sellers @Ali).
for now only those countries are free shipping and other countries’ shipping fees depends on the location （ except some specail products, such as battery）

Yeap, there is free shipping to Greece, but only unregistered and not for all items.
I guess the same thing is going on for the rest of the countries mentioned.
What we’re saying though, is that there isn’t free tracking at GB and that shipping cost for batteries is enormous in comparison to their price.
Don’t pretend you don’t understand what we’re saying, but try to improve your shipping policy, if you want to boost your sales. :money_mouth_face:
Why do you say you can’t ship to a US address from the US warehouse when I order batteries? If you can’t ship from US to US, why do you advertise this? Every battery supplier in the US has no problem shipping to a US address, only you have problem.
I know that, but since air-mail shipping legistlation for Li batteries must be the same for all countries, it’s difficult to understand why there’s an enormous charge for a EU member country and no charge for another.
After all, it’s even more difficult to understand, why:
A few days ago the cost for registered shipping (to Greece) for a 4-lot of (e.g.) HG2 batteries was $2.16 and now it’s $8.15 !
There’s different shipping cost for similar items ($8.15 for HG2 4-lot, $12.35 for NCR18650B of today’s flash sale).
All I’m saying is that GB must really do something about all it’s registered mail shipping costs and that the cost for shipping batteries is frustrating. As I was really happy to see lately that GB’s CS is a lot improved in comparison to what was going on a year (or even a few months) ago, I believe it’s a pitty for GB not to make even higher sales because of it’s shipping policy. That’s why I’m insisting to this aspect’s improvement.
Just ordered a Xiaomi ZI5 / ZI7 Charger, which (I believe) is a good deal @$5.99 (even better since I had some money in my GB wallet). As paying for registered mail wasn’t obligatory, I’m gonna wait when (and pray that) it arrives in time with free shipping’s simple post.
Since you don’t have to pay for batteries shipping from GB in Germany, maybe I could order some for delivery to you, and you can bring them to me when you visit Greece. I’ll buy you a gyros-pita! :money_mouth_face: :partying_face:
