This is hillarious.
Reading this I had to check out my recent Tool Ti as I haven’t even looked at it yet.
Not a joke, my sleeve over the box says, (on top) MADE IN CHINA, TOOL TI-CREE. On the side there is a barcode and Nichia 219BT (Neutral), Made in China. I already have the Cree Version and paid for the Nichia. I put in a battery to compare to my other Cree and the darn thing didn’t even work. Tried to unscrew the head ans it is glued. I did manage to get it off, cleaned out the glue and now it works. It certainly is a Cree as it has the exact same tint as my previous.
I will be contacting GearBest Customer Service with a picture of this box and explain how this light didn’t even work.
I think it’s time the GB representative, named My, on this site shows us some support. PM her guys.
FWIW,
I sent a PM to Lumintop representative on this forum and received an extremely FAST reply. Sent links to the post with pics of the box. They confirmed that the side barcodes are not from Lumintop. GearBest has mislabeled these and sold the wrong products to us.
With this forum and PayPal, I see no reason why a refund will not be given.
@ Ozythemandias; don’t close the PP claim until refund is received. Have the refund issued and filed through PP.
really sorry about that, and if anyone received the wrong product, please contact our customer service, and tell them what’s your choice of the compensation, GearBest will take the resonsibility for that,
beg your kindly forgiveness and understanding.
As here is the deal thread, so kinldy please pay more attention to new deal here, thanks
Despite the fact that Greece is within the countries that some items (but not batteries ) have free shipping, I believe that’s unfair, cause annual turnover depends (among others) by population and average income.
What you should really care, is if packages get lost in the way to certain countries. I know that Hellenic Post (ELTA) is one of the most reliable state postal service providers, so it’s normal that free shipping option is offered (but NOT batteries :rage: ). Unfortunately for A_M_K, Bulgaria isn’t according to EU statistics. The strange fact though is that GB offers free shipping to Romania, that official EU statistics show it’s in the worst place.
Anyway, please give us GB’s Top 40 countries list and the annual turnover per country so far, or the percentage of each country to GB’s annual turnover (so that you don’t give us “private” data).
I’d like to know where Greece stands, cause I know we might be low on population and average income, but a lot of Greeks are buying online from China last couple of years.
Guys, I know it sucks, but you have to understand its not their decision not to send batteries and power banks to some countries, they would like nothing more than to sell more (of any goods).
As already mentioned and explained some association that gathers Airline companies made new regulations for all companies to follow: no shipping loose batteries (cells) and divices like power banks without special security measures that cost way to much to even be considered as an option.
None of the shops active on this forum delivers batteries to my location but I cant be mad at them, it’s not their fault, I am sure they would love to get even more of my money
GearBest my favorite online store where I buy. I’ve never had trouble with them, each packet has arrived. The prices are very good compared to the others. :+1:
The price of the battery is they want to spend. :money_mouth_face:
