The Convoy L6 is certainly in the top three “best value” lights.
The Astrolux S41 and S41S are beautiful compact quads with a copper head, but a tad pricey without a promo code.
The Astrolux A01 copper/nichia i like a lot too.
The Lumintop Tool Ti Reylight Nichia edition is a little expensive jewel i’m glad to have.
…now waiting to receive the Klarus Mi7 Ti and Lumintop Prince mini…
Torn between the BLF A6 and the MaxToch 2X Shooter. Both are revolutionary lights in their own way and both were built with BLF Member input in their design. Honorable mention to the BLF348 whose popularity in GB’s is unmatched at ~2000 units bought by us here

Exactly, I don’t like how they overprice their products (including manufacturers with their MAP).
Mine was the copper Astrolux A01.
I have to give a shout out to the Eagle Eye X2R as well, such a solid light for under $20.
Cant wait to see what comes out next year!

Mine is the Reylight Ti I Host. It’s only partially built so far (I haven’t decided what to build in the light engine yet.) Nevertheless it’s a pretty light & a nice quality host if you like to fiddle around.
Lumintop Worm 4. It’s simple, compact, very bright and works well on li-ion
Kronos X5, X6 stainless and copper versions. Nothing comes close. Where have you been ChibiM?
For me and 2016, I have to say that I love BOTH my Convoy L6s. Black one and Clear one.
The clear one is best for sure

I bought a Meteor this year at the reduced price and is my favorite light but for a 2016 light I would have to give it to the L6 in neutral!
There are some online options and some offline. If it is convenient and easy to order the desired lights online then you check out the online solutions as available. It is good to select the company that is an expert in these products and that would send you across the very best lights.
Klarus XT11GT for me this year, keep in mind i do own BLF A6, Convoy L6 and many other good budget yet bright option but the innovation on the Klarus XT11GT is something impressive, having the ability to operate from the sideswitch grip to tactical reverse grip is something you dont really see from other flashlight.
Difficult to choose one…

I built my first 2 lights this year. An sk68 and an sk98. Both were total garbage so I gutted both and asked all the right questions. Thanks to all of you both lights are EDC used at work and blow everything around them totally away
If I listed all the details on both it would take the entire page. Basics upgraded emitters in both and boards. Even the o-rings are changed. pills smoothed and polished. No part inside is the same.
Thanks to Mountain Electronics and all of you both were a total success. I have even sold 4 or 5 that are being completed now.
