Exduct shipping times, experience?

I placed an order for a bunch of knives on 12-05-11. I have not received them yet or been able to track the order since the order tracking page is always out of service or something. I was able to track it once but now I can’t even open the page. It has been 17 days so I am not sure how long it normally takes. I ordered a bike light mount from Manafont and it got here is less than two weeks so just wondering if this is normal for Exduct.

I have ordered several times from Exduct and I usually got my knives in about three weeks ...

Ok, thanks. Hopefully they come any day then. With Xmas the post is slow but I wanted to at least track the order. It makes me nervous that the tracking website seems to be down.

I have never had a problem with any of the orders I"ve placed with them , all of which were made when they had a high shipping rate . I've heard here that they now offer cheaper shipping , but I have no experience with this .

This time of year mail everywhere is busy .

If you have the tracking # in email you can copy paste it to USPS site and track it that way. It should be in the USPS system by now.

I am still waiting for a knife. I was thinking some evil customs officer seized it for a xmas present for himself or his boyfriend but it may be delayed.

My knives came today!
I ordered 6 different knives after doing some research on what the good ones were. I got the Ganzo 710, Navy 607, Enlan EL01, Enlan EL02, SRM 710 and SRM 939.
To say I am impressed is an understatement. All these knives are winners and work several times the selling price. It is hard to pick a favorite but the Ganzo is very smooth and is near the top. The Sanrenmu 939 is also very nice and I can see that being an EDC for me. The Enlan EL01 is probably the best made with the drilled out liners and other little extras but I find I like that one and the other Enlan the least of the bunch. I don’t dislike them but they are much stiffer than the Ganzo or Navy.
I owned a Lil’ Temperance and I have to say that the Navy 607 is actually better made in some respects than the real Spyderco. My Spyderco had a lot of blade play when locked up but the Navy is tight and solid.
Can’t go wrong with any of them but some suit me better than others.

I ordered some, they shipped on the 15th and got them today.

I'm going thru the same thing with Int'l Outdoor. Ordered on the 3rd and I'm coloring that one gone. Paypal claim soon.

Rich

I ordered a few myself on 12/8 (with cheap shipping) so its good to hear I may have mine soon. :)

My order was 29th Nov and tracking isn't working. Next post day is Wednesday the 28th so hopefully it will arrive then.

You would think AUS would get them faster than Indiana which is deep in the heart of mainland USA.
I really don’t understand how they can sell these knives so cheap!

dont worry ,just talk with their customer service

Got mine today (12/29).

I have ordered twice from exduct, 4 knives total. The first time I used Hong Kong post (more expensive, took ten total days in transit). The second order I used China post (less cost, took 13 total days in transit). So, to me, China post is acceptable given that it is about half the cost of Hong Kong post.

still waiting

I ordered two knives (EL01D - beautiful knife btw and EL01B) on Nov. 24th. They arrived yesterday with China Post option. Not bad for this time of year.

I ordered many times from Exduct and they are rock solid.

tracking says it left china on the 4th december? Next post day here is the 02nd January.

37 days and counting

Exduct is a solid store, in my limited experience.

This past summer I placed about 3 or 4 orders (SRM knives), all arrived quickly and well packed. At the time registered was the only option and shipping was kind of expensive, but at least I received what I ordered.

Probably done coming up ten separate orders from Exduct, solid and fast so far. Ignoring the recent Christmas period I can't remember one taking over two weeks.
