It is the Model for TIP Christmas Gift Set and don't have the difference from V1 or V2.

What do you mean by saying "don't have the difference from V1 or V2"?
My question regarding Nitecore TIPs (X'mas edition or not) you're shipping, is simple:
- If it is V.1, it has lockout drain bug.
- If it is upgaded V.2, it doesn't have the lockout drain bug (Nitecore fixed it).
If you don't know the difference between V.1 and V.2, do this very simple test to check it:
1) Put it in lockout mode. (*)
2) Press any of the 2 buttons.
3a) If it flashes red it is V.1 (has lockout drain bug - battery dies in a couple of days).
3b) If it doesn'r flash red, it is upgraded V.2 (no lockout drain bug).

Please answer clearly, cause I'd like to buy a couple if they're V.2!

(*) Lockout/Unlock
Hold down both switches until the main led flashes once to enter lockout mode, the product will be rendered inoperative to prevent accidental activation. To unlock, hold down both switches again.
