For God's sake! :FACEPALM: I'm asking a simple question at GB's product page... and they're telling me to contact with their Support again! Can't they do it and give a clear answer, that everybody would be able to see at product's FAQs?!?!

They said they have to confirm it with their professional product department (I thought this one should answer the question I asked at the product's page...), so I'm waiting for their follow up e-mail.

LOL…you didn’t expect a truthful satisfying answer to your question did ya? That’s coz the question is too technical for the Chinese Challenged. They simply do not know or pretend not to.
Should have asked “Am I going to get screwed over on this deal and have to request a replacement or refund because you are avoiding my initial question”? Sorry, but that’s also too technical of a question .
One thing they do understand however, is how to take and make your funds scurry South into some deep China pockets. Then it’s up to you to pull your hair out over nonsensical back and forth e-mails. And, when all else fails, it will finally dawn upon you that all you have left is to threaten the dreaded PP word……….PayPal. Oh, the horror !
But to be fair, and we are fair are we not?, the positives do outweigh the negatives with the Big 2 Vendors, namely, Banggood & Gearbest. It’s just when things go wrong, your good times become bad times because of the nonsensical back and forths.
