KD (kaidomain): Deals and new products thread

In real life it would ‘stop’ on the surface (a.k.a. shelf) where the MCPCB is placed on.
That is, when you don’t file down the ‘legs’ of the optic.

has anybody ordered the KD Nichia 219c triple and not (yet) received it? Are there any potential issues at customs/cargo atm? Ordered on day 1 of the deal and it has been 35+ days without anything yet

Thinks seem to be very slow, I ordered from another vendor on 11/26 and the package is not here yet. They do show it went to the shipper.

Hi friend

Please PM me your order number or you can send an email to sales@kaidomain.com for further assistance.

I think there is peak season for the package delivery and the weather condition is not good for some location.

It may cause some package are delayed.

I am sorry for any inconvenience cause to you.

Thanks

Ban

Thanks, Ban!

PM sent, happy to wait a few more days due to Christmas/NY delays.

thank you for taking care of BLF.

My order on Dec 24th should arrive today - it's at my local post office. Ordered 4 of the XPL2 V6's and couple more of your DTP MCPCB's. I really like them in black. Please keep those prices on the DTP MCPCB's! Your discount keeps them competitive, but if your discount expires, your qty pricing does not match up well against intl-outdoor's.

To me it's not worth paying more for a preferred color.

In fact it would be great if you updated your qty pricing based on the discounted price .

I’m not sure about Kaidomain, but Gearbest uses permanently ‘discounted’ prices on items to prevent using coupon codes or store ‘points’. Nevertheless: keep those prices as low as they are

Ban, about the DTP triple board, as seen in the picture a couple of posts above, they do not fully match the optic that comes with it, or the optic is wrong: the broadening of the legs are at the wrong height for this board. Could you take a look at it?

I think it would be better if they look at better boards too . It would be great if board thickness was 1.5mm - 2mm .

They should be 1.6mm thick and all (potential) problems would be solved.

Should make the triple boards like their single emitter boards, those are real nice! :+1:

Yes they are. :+1:
Very very similar to Noctigon actually.
Maybe they’re even from the same factory.
They are the ‘normal’ 1.6 mm thick.

[Gross mode semi-enabled]

C'm00n! Stop moaning about those triple parallel 3535 boards' thickness. They probably got some sort of nice deal for a batch of 'em with that thickness and they went with it. They got the message already, but hell they're not going to dump all of that crapload of boards in stock just because of this.

[Gross mode mostly disabled]

Also, triple series 3535 DTP copper boards are nowhere to be seen. This is likely to be related to a proportionally low sales volume for the triple series aluminium boards, which may have to do with the series configuration, but is also substantially related with the fact that the alu boards were not DTP. I wouldn't complain at all for aluminium DTP triple series boards.

Back to my lair.

Cheers ^:)

Oh no, when you finally stone them flat on both sides, they make great .030’’ (.750mm) Shims…. maybe?

 :+1:

Well, there’s an idea !

Wow KawiBoy1428, you mean the boards' underside is so puffed they don't sit straight flat? LoL…

What the… ? To little detail on the picture. What's that overshadowed funny shape central area on the board?

Got email from KD a few days ago, btw. Something got messed with my XM-L2 3000K 90+CRI on 20mm MCPCB shipment. I was told to “ignore the led in the package”.

Cheers ^:)

Um, the pcb side. Pic’s tell the story, first set is the back side, second set the front pcb side, third set thickness with still more sanding and stoning to go….

Hi Ban,
I’ve just sent PM with the question.

Yea, i get your message and i had replied to you by PM :arrow_right:

Thanks

You should fix the price as it doesn’t make any sense with the discount price lol

Hey BanL, can you get amber XP-E2 emitters to sell?
EDIT: parallel triple amber boards, that is

I see you have XP-E2 red (and green and blue) parallel triple boards, e.g. here:
