Wow, my last order was shipped thru Vanuatu and was place on 12/29 and is not even showing up as being found yet… Seems like an odd shipping source, guess I will be waiting awhile! Was really hoping for less than a month +.

KD never even bothered to return my emails after a purchase just sat there for a month with no update as to shipping or tracking. Paypal refunded me within 24 hours.

I have never had a real problem with them…

I got a C8 drop-in from KD that shipped via Vanuatu. Ordered Dec. 20 and I got it on Dec. 30. I think the tracking worked the whole time though.

That looks like an interesting LED - I’m tempted to order one! I haven’t followed this whole thread, but I skimmed the first and last few pages - is there any coupon code available?

I got the same email for my recent order. Today I received it and it looks like the LED (warm white XM-L2) and the PCB (20mm copper) match the description. What could be wrong with it???

I made 2 orders of li-ion battery`s from Kaidomain, I received both in a couple of weeks, Both parcels came with a free ultracheap AA led flashlight and a small cleaning cloth, I think kaidomain incudes the flashlight as it lets them get around shipping li-ion battery restrictions.

So i recommend Kaidomain, good prices and fast shipping.

I must to share a negative and unprofessionally support from kaidomain.

First of all when I open a account on their site I was unable to order try their website with some strange error code, I send that to their support and they reply that I try to change browser and delete cookies… Try all of that and no result, though in all other sites I order normally and without problems, so I doubt that there is a problem to me.

Then I was limited with my orders directly to them and pay with PP when they send a payment request, it was pain in the ass ordering on google talk from them, often happened that no one is online 2 days etc, then told me that they have problems on google talk and that move on skype.

So similar situation is there very very very slow responding, I don’t know what is problem and now they will compete to other stores like Gearbest and Banggood for example that have even a live chat ! So if they need a worker on support I do not understand why they do not hire it ? In my opinion stores that have low support are for to avoid.

So the situation is that I send a order details on saturday and now is wednesday and still no respond. On monday I contact Ban about a problem and he told that he will remind a worker for my order and nothing from since then.

Pity they are cultural and want to help when they are online, but they are not online for long periods of time.
Also their website is falling apart it even do not allow me to log in, then when I try to reset my password nothing to happen, I am speechless…
