Noel, i don’t understand why you can not ship NiMH batteries for free.
I thought only Lithium ion cells are restricted?
Now i have to pay more than 3 Dollars extra for a 4 Dollar pack of 4x AAA Enelong NiMH…
We just got the reply from carrier and they claimed that it is a security problem. In this situation, we will find an alternative carrier to ship the battery.

Why was it changed?
I was about to make some orders but now I will put that on hold because last minute discount change …

However I realized that one of my item already bought that on my previous order with you.
I sent 2 emails to ask, if possible, replace that item with another one with same or lower price.
I hope that okay and acceptable, and I know that my order won’t ship in the next couple days since some of items still waiting to restock.

Please note that all the shipping cost is charged by shipping carrier.

I know it’s a problem for Li Ion batteries, and for understandable reasons.
I’d love to see a summary of which of these cheap lights are highly moddable.
The Ultrafire one in the original post is now $13.05.
The AC-rechargeable Kennede (which appears tp have a COB strip emitter on the side) is still around $8
