I just want to know who thought it was a bright idea (no pun intended) to combine a speaker and a light bulb? What purpose does that serve?

I despise Glacier Bay faucets. Too many plastic tailpieces have fallen apart on me. You might get me to take one at a penny if it had a $10 bill inside the package.

I bought my folks a clearance Glacier bay kitchen faucet last year, it works fine
That said i can see some models o their products being junk, their quality is not high end.

I pranked my wife with one.
What I didn’t know was that she had a particularly tough day at the office and broke down crying.

I am going to try using one in a bath light fixture so I can sing along in the shower

Probably to easily install sound sources at good locations without having to install hidden speakers that may not fit anywhere

Thanks guys, had you not been talking about this Porter Cable pancake compressor and nail gun combo I would have missed this.
I know the price tag says $100.04, but they scan at $50.02

This store had 3 on the floor and I grabbed them all. Had to make 2 trips.
That Sperry coax and ethernet cable tester scanned for $7.53, not $28.00

Second load. I also found 2 more of those wire splicer kits for a penny each.

This time to check for price I went up to the Service Desk and asked them to check for stock. Then I ask about price.
This time after I gave them the SKU “1000-017-910” the were silent and just looked at each other. I said, it’s priced at $50.02, right?
They sheepishly replied that it was.
Today I had my wife’s car. No way I could come home with these 3 in the back seat. I dropped them off at the office.

This looks like a good unit.

I also found another 5 of the power banks with the good UPC code. Here are the 5 in the forground with one of the “bad” UPC behind them

Some other deals I saw in the store. This walky talky is supposedly good for 35 miles. It uses rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries.

These were $19.88 on Black Friday, now they are $39.88

I get that all these things are a good price, but why do you need so many of them??
Like, all the money you would have saved ends up getting spent anyway, and I doubt anyone has a use for 3 air compressors, 20 power banks, 10 sinks, etc…

Do you resell it or something to get money back?

Yeah, the big stuff I sell off to friends. Just today a friend in Ohio called me while he was in Harbor Freight to ask me what to buy for a compressor. I had actually brought some of the ones I had and left them out there for another friend that would pass through from Missouri. I will bring another to replace it when I head out there next month. As for the power banks, I had that friend that asked for all I could get. But power banks are just too useful to have only one. I have them spread out all over the place. Couple in the car, couple in the van. Then the man cave etc etc. No matter where I am, when I need extra power for my phone, I can find a power bank. My iPhone6S depletes the battery in half a day.
And quite frankly, the ones I got off the internet, Ruinovo, ENB etc are just crap. One problem is that the specs change. First Ruinovo I bought worked great, even would charge an iPad. Other iterations of that same device were cheapened to the point they don’t function. Same for the ENB.
Last year I bought some so called 6600mAh ones from “Five Below” that were actually quite good. And they only cost $5 each.
To me, it is MUCH more useful to have 6 power banks for $5 each than it is to have just 1 that cost $30.
Plus it doesn’t matter to me if they get scratched up in use. Or should I loose one.

I see…

I know, I’m sick.
But my life constantly reinforces it. Just this morning at 7AM my wife came back into the house to tell me that her tire light came on her brand new car came on. Of course I had a compressor just 10 feet away, already fully charged. After I topped off her tire, it was down 1 1/2 pounds, she told me it would be nice if she had a digital tire gauge too.
I pulled one from “stock” and gave it to her.

see…

These were a penny. Still looking for a dang compressor !!

I’d advise against the “Glacier Bay” faucets at any price unless you’re selling the house. I installed a lot of them (all types) in rentals and none lasted more than 2 years before they had to be replaced with many going bad in every way possible within 6-8 months, some even sooner :rage: That customer of mine lost his butt trying to save money and now he uses only good stuff like I recommended from the start. It was a good economy brand at the start but went downhill quickly right after that- where have we seen that happen before? :open_mouth:

Here are some higher quality faucets for you!
They are also pretty cheap, only cost $17k-20k each.

The best deal on faucets is Delta. They will replace any worn part(s) for free on request forever  It just doesn’t get any better than that!
