Thanks!

any possibility of beamshot comparisons? :D

Bro, any chance of posting higher quality images? Those are 6kb images.

I'm a little jealous

Ok, I a little when I saw the tm11, a lot when I saw the sunwayman.

but, I have to say, even though I may be chastised, those two lights make the trustfire look really silly. or...maybe 'incredibly un-ergonomic' is more fitting.

I resized the original photos from my digicam hence it is easier and faster during uploading.

there's a price, there's a quality..

I was in love with v60c previously. However, my heart is stolen when tm11 arrived.. hehehe

Thanks for the review. The bugs reported on early ones scared me away temporarily. Since then I've bought a couple other multi-XML lights so I don't know if I will ever get around to this one.

i had the same thought as you before, I suppose those faulty units were the early production ones. I tested mine in turbo mode for 15mins.. it works perfectly, no flickering.

next is RRT-3 :)

even if the trustfire was perfectly done (finish, threads, circuit) it would still be cumbersome;)

how much did the tm11 cost?

I ever considered DRY too... from what i see, DRY's head looks like tr-3t6 head.

compare the heads (excluding heatsink), arent the similar??

Similar, but the DRY head is a bit larger.

The reflectors are also just a bit larger - around 4mm in both cases. The TF reflector drops right through the bezel of the DRY, but a threaded DRY reflector screws into the TF bezel.

just tested last night.. The flood output is very bright.

I just don't like mode changing... hassle...

Care to do some ceiling bounce comparison?

I got my tiny monster some time ago from gunsafari

The reason why I got in to flashlights is caving. Needles to say Nitecore was due to go in cave sooner or later. I took it along a couple of days ago. And this is how it came out:

As you can see I've put duct tape over the switch. Not that I don't trust it to be waterproof, but to protect it from fine sand. Something that I know from past experience is that when it comes to moving pats sand is a b***h. I plan to get some transparent tape in near future.

Anyway, the light performed well and I am pleased I got rid of PWM in low modes. And at 8°C it ran on high for long time.
