My condolences for your suffering. I wish you the best for treatment and recovery! I use cow colostrum as my supplements. I only fall sick twice or thrice a year. With that, I rarely fall sick. Sometimes only once in 2 years. Im using products from 4Life. Maybe you can try

SR90 Intimidator. its stock, only mods were two bolts added to side of head, (for tripod & clamp mount as a search light) comes with shoulder strap & charger. Its in exellent condition. ( make an offer via PM only if interested.
