each Form generates a independent list - so people can participate without seing other peoples data (which is important to me)
i grab teh mails manually and send it from my mailaccount using BCC - again to hide the data between participants
for me its a big relief reaching a group of people with a few clicks instead of collecting them out of messud up threads 1 by 1 ;)
