I’m looking for a good quality battery for my laptop (HP Probook 4330s) but I don’t know any trustable vendor/site to buy from.
I would expect nothin good undr 30€ of course, but buying one at double that price would’nt be a guarantee either…
So, any inputs ?

I can’t help but think, hmm could I just swap the cells with GAs to give it nice long runtimes?
After opening many laptop batteires, I’m fully convinced that I won’t be able to just swap cells…
I would have bought some 5$/cell 18650 and replaced them myself but it’s nearly impossible for me
I had few cheapest batteries for laptops from ebay - no issues. Believe me, laptop aged much quicker than noname batteries.

Stay away from “Whiteenergy”
Ye i think rebuilding the pack would involve a lot of work. Welding all the cells together you would most likely have to build another chassis for the battery unless you can re use the one already in the pack. Depending how hard it is to get the cells out.
I have bought a few from eBay and they are okay i look for recommended sellers.
