If I went to Amazon and said hey this £200 phone i bought from you has worked for 15mins making calls and now it is just a paperweight” and they said “ah dont worry, have £100” I’d be furious.
I know you take the risk ordering stuff from “far away” but at the same time it should work and continue to work. My TV is from “far away” as is my phone, my tablet, hell my bed is probably made 1000’s of miles away but we expect stuff to work.
I’ve been offered 50% for something that arrived broken and I told them where to go. It’s happened a few times and I don’t get the logic. Why would I be willing to pay a company for something that is no use to me and I’ve got to throw away?
O totally agree with - X3-, you lost a good amount of money, this not a good support.
Help us freeme, if this case do not solved, try with banggood telling then to avoid Darkus flashights! I think this will be the best solution for nobody gets a bad deal!
Darkus replied in their thread which will investigate my case.
So, I dont like the way of this going, I think all of this must be not necessary to get attention by Darkus and even if this case was solved, I would not buy their lights again….
Only one answer, one, they would tell which have a good amount of cases to solve and it take more time, but without anything feedback the time which I must wait can be forever :weary:
Really sorry to hear about your problem. Hopefully it does get sorted now that this problem is visible on the forums. But also sucks that you had to go this route.
Yes, I feel very sad to take that way to solve that ptoblem, but it seems effective.
Bangood send an email for me asking if its possible to send the head of this light and I dont accept, the head have glued screws, I tried 3 times to unscrew and only I can do was rip some layers of my left hand skin :confounded:
So, I think now the warranty is in progress
Glad you got it sorted out, all we have is this forum to try to keep from getting screwed over. If he wasn’t a blf/tlf/CPF? Member would it even be fixed? Or still waiting fkr replies and run around? It took community muscle to get anything dine. I feel sorry for the guys that have no idea these forums exist. And the thing is a few companies actually get it. We are the majority of their sales. Its not the average person buying flashlights its enthusiasts and first responders/military that care about good reliable gear and customer service. A small subgroup of people. Thorfire gets it, little vg10 reflector mix up instantly taken care of just send a email and get a new light. Convoy gets it, even seen nitecore make good on their 5 year warranties granted it takes awhile but they will fix the light.
Just like with any kind of business, it takes 10 good sales to get one good experience mentioned, and one negative experience and everyone knows about it.
