Those light painting pictures make me want to finish my rainbow saber and get a camera capable of longer exposures. I wonder if I could get it working before the Q8 shows up…
I’ll start a topic as soon as I get the chance on light painting overview and tips.
Need to start and finish my overdue Nitecore NU30 vs NU20 CRI video review first.
I post process from single RAW exposures in Lightroom. So not really true HDR, but often post processed to maximise dynamic range. I’ll talk about exposures, post processing, and gear when I get around to writing a dedicated thread on it.
Well i do need a good flashlight mother nature or not, some times i take pictures in really dark places and those i cant find without a flashlight.
Often quite hard to figure out where i left the Nikon Dslr on the tripod, long exposure times mean i myself and my mind can wander off while the camera do its thing.
No photo post processing going on here, never have never will.
No that’s not it i think now, like politicians say you have a stand until you take a new one.
It cant be a mesh as that would create a much more massive appearance of the “fog”
No. I only use single exposures. Balancing the exposure is the tricky bit! No Photoshop, only adjustments in Lightroom. The EXIF data is viewable if you are interested.
