Ah, Yes precisely thank you Dale, got it straight from the master, but wondering if the fella will return to read that info… ha ha
Thanks Dale
Edit: I think it was info from you when talking about photography one time that I may have got the idea that saving and cropping all my pics into 1024x768 was a good middle of the road for posting here, is that correct Dale
Edit 2: Wow, had to re-read that a couple times, not that it’s complicated but I didn’t know all that, that is very interesting stuff, so double thanks and I cut and posted it in my Book of Dale Info… seriously a complete PDF size Book with links to your posted project last entry a Ti X6 mod you name it, valuable stuff as I see it, there’s others as well Tom E, KB1428, The Masters…
You bet friend, but please read also the post by Dale, it explains one of my statements that was not accurate, and Dale knows exactly the what, how, and why posting pics in that box does what it does and why, his info is exact, I learned something today also, never ends here. Happy to help
Edit: That is DB Custom sorry, not just Dale, but the “D” part anyhow… ha ha… oh brother…
Sweet! More options! I just purchased a pair of the holsters for the E2L, but I am not sure why AliExpress/Jaxman store does not have PayPal as a payment option.
I actually got to test my E2L over the weekend camping, and I must say I was impressed with it. It lit up the trails extremely well. I could hear others as I walked past campsites say “Wow! Look at how bright that flashlight is!” The E2L is my new favorite EDC. Thanks Jaxman for this wonderful light! Let’s hope the E2L will be offered for sale many, many years from now! It’s perfect!
Just a few days later after camping, I received my official Jaxman holsters from AliExpress. They seem to be of good quality. I have one minor quible though. The snap button, on the inside of the holster is exposed. This will scratch up the light after a while. I’d like to suggest in future productions that some kind of cloth cover this exposed part. Lucky I found a solution. Allen’s Fabric Fusion permenant fabric tape. Got it at Michael’s craft store. All I did was cut a piece, insert it inside the holster, and it works wonderfully.
i was reading the description on that site…they warn people of using nichia version on 6 amps…this means for example not using fet driver…what do you think about it?
ok djozz.but the fet driver is with turbo limit…so 45 seconds probably will not damage the torch…not burn the led…or?i wanted this modify…it should be safe no?
