New 4XP Noctigon MCPCB for quad optic

Understand completely about the shipping fees, not to mention your time and labor.

Iā€™m somewhat new to this, and still experimenting. I have a question / proposal. Would you be willing to have a ā€œSample packā€? Something like:

  • 2x CREE XM-L2 T6 4C LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB
  • 2x CREE XM-L2 U3 3D LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB
  • 2x CREE XM-L2 U4 1A LED on Noctigon XM16 MCPCB

This is quantity 6, higher than your MOQ of 5, and I get an assortment.

I understand if it is not possible. Thanks for considering.

The 18500 version looks like it will be the perfect size. Can you tell us anything about the driver? I suppose itā€™s going to be a fet based on the quoted brightness and the price.

I like the 18650, and perhaps 18350, the 18500 seems the less interesting for me.

With Hankā€™s incredible attention to detail, these lights will probably be pretty spectacular. He doesnā€™t just slap together cheap parts; he carefully crafts each item.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. :+1: :+1: :+1:

Wow these look great! Canā€™t wait to get my mitts on one.

Will the deep carry pocket clip that fits Convoy lights work with these?

If they go with the 4000K 9050 Iā€™m definitely in !

Good point. Do these lights have clips?

I pre-ordered one in green with an extra 18350 tube and canā€™t wait to light up the yard. Thanks for designing this one!

Hankā€¦is the MCPCB for the D4 glued down?

The 219C is 5000K 80CRI

How, I wish you used warmer tint maybe 4000Kā€¦ :frowning:
Hey, not everyone can be happy, Iā€™m pretty sure it will please the majority

Any clips?

Both Nichia 5000K 80 CRI and 4000K 90 CRI would be great.

Yes, 4000k Nichia with 90+ CRI would be optimal in my opinion!

Me too! Warmer and higher Cri.

Meanwhile, Iā€™m happy itā€™s 5000K instead of 4000K.

I picked the 219c option because none of the other options were the right tint. It comes in 4000K Cree though, for those who prefer a warmer tint.

CREE are always disappointing in 4000K IMHOā€¦
The only ones I really like are the 3000K 90 CRI XM-L2 and the 2700K 80 CRI XP-G3 from KD
Well, 5000K Nichias are in a sweet spot between high lumens and high CRI I suppose
