Richard, are you going to stock the new 5500mAh shockli 26650 cells?

Yes, I actually have them....thought I listed them but I guess we never enabled the listing. They are more like a 27650 BTW (very wide diameter).

Here they are.

Excellent — thanks!

Does the D4 also have presets for low mid and high or is it ramping only? Ramping might be nice but I think it ’ll be difficult to estimate runtime while actually using it.

That’s outstanding news. Since I prefer 1x18650 lights I’ve had to wait for something like the H1-A UI to experience an MT-G2. I love the MT-G2 but the thought of settling for the H1-A UI is disheartening. So this news makes me happy :). FWIW I’ll probably still take a shot at programming the H1-A; but I’ll be near the front of the line for your driver.

BTW here is a Convoy M2 with an MT-G2 and an H1-A . Fitting a 20mm driver into the M2 was a bit of a mess (at least the way I did it…). I claim that with a little care and a Dremel a 20mm driver can fit cleanly inside a Eagle Eye X6/A6/F30; but I have yet to prove that claim.

What are the D4 driver sizes? Perhaps there is a chance to pick a good constant current driver.

Wow, I bought the last remaining 219C in black I think…thank goodness for impulse buys xD

I actually am not sure. I haven't used the light a lot. Tom E. should be able to fill in all of the details on the firmware...I wasn't provided with a full list of the functions.

looking forward to some reviews of this light……

Wahoo! Got a shipping notice for the D4’s pre-ordered and a shipping refund …. two orders were combined into the same shipment.

I was unusually indecisive selecting an LED for the green version. The 219C sold out so fasssst in green that I was unprepared!

Thanks very much for the pre-order setup and such speedy turnaround upon your receiving them, RMM! That is stellar performance!

Richard, do you have any Meteors on the way?

Colors?

Thank you

Yes, I have some on order in white in every tint that should be arriving here any day now. I also am going to get more black, but they were not available yet when I placed my last order.

Will these fit the Convoy L6?

Probably not if they are big.
Unless l6 has changed

...and they don't work well in series.

Making them work in series is easy enough, but if the cells are too wide for the L6 tube that is harder to fix. There is apparently some variation in the L6 tube ID. See here for some discussion: Convoy L6... XHP70 Beast! - #3980 by vestureofblood

The liitokala 5000mAh cells are also wider than a typical 26650.

From the discussion in the above link, some new keeppower cells were very wide at 26.9x mm, and these did not fit in some of the L6 tubes. I think people have used the liitokala cells in the L6 with no problem so I would think the shockli cells should work as well.

I do know that some of my customers have had the protected 5200mAh cells fit in their L6s, but I know that the initial copies that I tried them in definitely did not fit. There is indeed some variation in almost all Convoy tubes.

I use KP protected.
The gap i 0.00000mm airtight fit.

Richard,

What is the lumen output of the D4 and when do you expect the Aspire 18350’s to be available? I want to order a couple Shockli’s and a D4 and it would be great it I could order some of the Aspires at the same time. Thanks

Are the D4’s expected to be restocked at some point in the future?
