OK, the results are in from the unscientific, one order for each shipping method test I did.
One package per order, all with same or very similar small lights.
All orders placed the same day within minutes of each other. Here are the results. Fastest to slowest.

As expected by me from numerous previous orders…. number one is no surprise. Day in day out, an order from GearBest that is sent by way of International Bridge will get here (USA) quicker.
As shown also, FREE Shipping from Banggood is EXCELLENT, as far as I am concerned.
To me, these are the only two choices that make any sense at this point in time. YMMV
Thanks for sharing, things are little different with EU, Registered shipping with BG 1,30$ usually takes 20 days, unregistered up to 2 months because they are using cheapest way to send it like Seychelles post! On the other side GB registered shipping from 2-5$ depending on item takes 2 weeks, and the weirdest thing is that unregistered with NLpost in 99% of the time takes 8-10 calendar days !!! So I am mostly using unregistered option without any problems in 60+ orders with GB.
You know teach… the Japanese hunt for whales for “scientific purpose” right?
… Did you just buy a whole bunch of flashlights… for the sake of… “shipping research”?
… I mean… You know… this kind of research… is pretty important… I acknowledge…
… Perhaps… I should conduct such research myself… as well… I mean… I would like to contribute… to shipping science myself…
I salute you brother teacher!
Yes my BLF brother…. I took one for the team so as to complete this highly unscientific survey.
I felt it was the selfless thing to do… all in the interest of research of course. (Especially since those little buggers were on somekind of sale cheaper than I have ever seen them. )
Yes this!
I think Gearbest reminds automatically after +/- 2 months nowadays.
AliExpress has a good notification system so one cannot miss ending of buyers protection period
Idk how Banggood does it
Just ordered something from BG. They included Priority Direct Mail shipping at no extra charge, maybe because of the value of the order? In any case, I received a tracking number, but I’m not sure who the carrier is. Google thinks it’s USPS, but the number is incomplete and there is no status. Maybe it will take more time before a status is posted?
My prior shipping experience with BG was not very good. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took about 40 days to get it. Hope this one isn’t as bad.
I have found that of these tracking sites the PackageRadar usually tracks when many other fail.
I think they also have an Android app but that is only in Russian which I dont speak so I only use the main site.
At least the website is in English.
