Yestrday i received 2 flashlights from throfire :
ThorFire TK15 and Thorfire TK15S both with XP-L2 led
specs/manual from manufacturer :
both came with a nice package to prevent damages from the post office transfer
as you can see package includes 2 spare o-rings and the manual.
both flashlight have side switch and belt clips.
both have a nice black anodized color with no defects.
TK15S has tail switch ,TK15 dont
threats are coated as well and nice lubed

for the review i did not manage to remove the driver in those flashlights,for some reason my solder iron could not desolder the wire fromt he led ,i manage to open the TK15 head :
and surprise copper pcb,underneath there is white thermal paste.silicon wires with nice solder and plastic center ring.

amperage draw TK15: low 0.02Amps, medium 0.24Amps, high 0.97Amps, turbo 2.47Amps ( i could not measure moon mode)
amperage draw TK15: low 0.07Amps, medium 0.93Amps, high 2.44 ( i could not measure moon mode)

To be honest i did not find any negative from those flashlights,thorfire made lot of improvements since the last flashlights i reviewed from them, both lights well made,excelent quality,really nice low moon mode,spaced modes,great performance and nice floody beam make it excelent for edc , they have a nice tint around 5000k (warm light).the mods are well spaced and you can choose if you like bezel or not ,if you like taiswitch or not,very nice that has the other modes hidden cause always those are the rarest modes we use and its nice that is easy to reach them,i like the idea of taiswitch, i set the mode i prefer most and just turn on/off and ofcourse copper pcb ,you dont need to mod anything in this light,they have all the features a moder you love to have,they have all the features a moder would love to have.
