➡ (GB) STATUS:ACTIVE !! ;-) Klarus P20 Nichia219C

Sure, sir, I know enough about logaritmic perception…… Ultracompact lights for keychain and EDC do not need tons of modes. I respect your opinion.
Is good the logaritm for the tool? (before broke by the alkaleaks case) Enough for bought you one at least….

Although you do not believe it, I have some experience in flashlights, …. test, reviews … perception …. etc.

In! :sunglasses:

That is exactly why manufacturers ought to check Bistro and Narsil out, now it is often/almost always lots of preferences and a limited choice, while there are suchbgood firmwares where each user can set it up just how they prefer.

I’m interested

I do like the Klarus! Although I can’t really figure how it works from their description.

Hi djozz, from user manual:

Operation
When OFF, click the side switch to enter into the last
memorized mode when last powered off, click to change
mode, cycle through moonlight(1LM)→Low mode
→Medium mode(45LM)→High mode(600LM or 305LM);
Long press side switch for 1S to enter into the moonlight
mode when OFF.
Long press side switch for 1S to turn OFF when ON;
Quick double-click the side switch to enter into strobe
when the side switch is unlocked; Double click again to
enter into SOS and click to exit.
Lock-Out
Long press the side switch for 5S to lock the flashlight
controls. Press the side switch three times to unlock the
flashlight (The lamp will flash three times to indicate
status change and will flash twice to indicate the
flashlight is failed to unlock).
Battery Capacity Indicator
When OFF, press the side switch three times, the main
lamp flashes to indicate the battery capacity:
Three times: 70–100 capacity;
Twice: 30–70 capacity;
Once: less than 30% capacity;
The lamp flashes twice every three minutes when battery
at less than 10% capacity, replace battery
immediately;
Note: The lamp will display as above only when using
16340 Li-ion batteries. ”

Interested in both.

Interested in both!

Interested in both Thanks

do you have a link please ?
thanks

I was not allowed to post links/ specs within this thread!!! (??)

looks good, is there are going to be 18650 version?

I like the Mi1C. Smaller than the Olight S1baton, now that is small.

Olight: Diameter=21mm, Length=61mm
Mi1C: Diameter=20.5, Length=54.5mm

But I’m not sure I like this statement: “Fade-in and Fade-out function when the turbo mode is the initial mode for on and off to promote eye safety and improve user experience.” I don’t like lights that have 100% as the first level - it makes sense for police/fire departments (actual tactical use), but not for me where I don’t want to blind myself each time I turn on the light. I would need to know more about how the UI works before considering ordering.

Thank you.

I explain, for the sake of the forum, sometimes it is not convenient to put links of products that are asked about interest.
And if the one who opens the thread does not put them, it is the right thing not to do. I thought it was not necessary to indicate it here, because we all know how it works.

(specs are on manufacturer web, you can copy here if you want , is not neccesary link to store)

why 16340, i love 18350 more :person_facepalming:

If I were to guess, I would think the Jetbeam E20R could also accept an 18350. This is based on the similarities to the EC-R16. Oddly enough, I don't know why Jetbeam/Niteye did not advertise that the EC-R16 could run off of an 18350 (unless I am mistaken about this).

I also love 18350 :+1: …. but in the city for EDC….I choose 90% of time 16340 or 1xAA.Size is important.

Ooh, that Klarus looks really sweet ! :heart_eyes:
Interested !

18350 is not much bigger than 16340(imo)
A light using 18350 can also support 16340
18350 has longer runtime and max current
So, i would like a light that not much bigger but brighter, run longer and support more types of battery

Will PM
Sorry OP, didn’t want to derail your thread for these beauty cute lights.
