That part is not accurate. Manker has built some Astrolux models as well.
It’s a mixed bag. Typically innovative design, but not always so stellar QA/QC. They have also made lights for Manker.
I think we are many who eager to know more details and photos about this flashlight, hopefully we will have news soon.

I am also very interested in the MF01, which I think is rather more of a technical challenge, and much more costly in materials (leds and driver). Anxiously awaiting feedback from early adopters before taking the plunge and requesting a code for that.
I suppose that technically the MF02 is not very complicated, provided the reflector is optimal, and the driver adequate, it ought to be great.

Hmmm, Mateminco makes the S01 which looks just like the Manker E14 which looks just like the Astrolux S41. Maybe Manker didn’t make the Astrolux S41? Maybe all 3 lights where made by Mateminco?

Its owned by Banggood as there house brand.
They had an argument with Manker and then Manker said they will stop building lights for them. Bad QC on our old BLF builds i can see a few reason behind this.
I also had an argument with Manker thus i do not but there lights lol.
So I guess we don’t really know who Mateminco is. Banggood has “someone” build lights for them and they label it Mateminco for the Asian market and Astrolux for the international market.
Whew, making me dizzy here. Lol
So, if we have the MF01 on the way already can we just purchase the head for the MF02? 
It wouldn’t be uncommon for companies to get different parts from different places and get some to assemble it or assemble the lights them selves. So technically Astrolux could company and assembles the lights them selves?
