We have raised $700.95 to date, and I started the account with monies that bring us up to $910.95. Every little bit is what turns into the pile that’s needed…
Remember folks, this is not about acquiring a flashlight on the cheap, it’s about helping people that were hit by a natural disaster and lost everything from their car to their home and food. We have over 20,000 members here on BLF, if every single member simply dropped a dollar in the pot, it’d make a difference.
Please feel free to simply give a couple of bucks, the price of a cup of coffee or a beer, to aid the rescue and repair in this disaster relief fund. In a Pay It Forward manner, imagine if it was you in the bind and people from all over were helping out, in various ways.
Any Lumintop TD15s available?
Another question please. When we buy the flashlight is the money donated and we receive the flashlight or is both money and flashlight donated? I am asking because in the original post it sounds like the flashlight is donated. Reading the posts it sounds like donors will receive the flashlight. I am always confused. Hope you feel better Dale.
The light is sent to you, so it’s important that you put your BLF User Name and shipping address with a phone number in the PayPal note field.
The money is going to help South Texas dig their way out of the mess down there. (Wish I had Billions, Florida would be seeing help too)
Thank you, feeling considerably better. In conjunction with the 2 slipped discs in my neck that were operated on, I also had an impingement in my left shoulder. They couldn’t do anything about that til the neck healed enough. I had a steroid shot in that shoulder on Monday and it’s really helped a lot, maybe 80% back to normal in that arm but still with the nerve pain from the damage done at the neck. Still, being able to use the left arm without getting hammered is making a tremendous difference! (new drugs, new side effects, you know the drill…)
Will you get confirmation from Neal when items are shipped? If so, would you be able to update the list with that info? Thanks again for all you’ve done and continue to do for this cause, Dale. Keep up the recovery for yourself as well.
