Banggood when will you ship those 4PCS Samsung INR18650-30Q 3000mAh Unprotected Button Top 18650 Battery With Protected box to Finland again?
I ordered some last month and they came through just fine without any problems. Why did you again decided not to ship?
You know you can ship those batteries to Finland in a protected box so why not ship them again?!
I don`t think they are changing them daily or weekly basis so that one day they will ship next day not and then then shipping again next week, another week not.Would not make much sense. Anyway Banggood can just use another carrier then,it`s not like there`s any shortage of shipping companies willing to ship cheaply. If Banggood wants to sell them they will find a way to ship them to where it`s legal to ship them. And it is legal to ship them to Finland inside protected shell casing. So details matter.
Oh, they don’t ship batteries to my country, neither does BG or FastTech or other reliable source.
If there is no direct line from china to destination country and cargo has to be transferred from one plane to another, batteries cannot be shipped, unfortunately for many of us…
I’m very sorry. I think my complaint might have caused this…
I also ordered exactly the above battery (4pcs INR18650-30Q unprotected 18650 with protected box) last month (around middle of August 2017). The item was shipped promptly, but it seems it encountered problems with shipping. My order did not arrive (it’s passed 30 days now; and the tracking number does not update, other than it was supposed to have been shipped). I raised it to Banggood customer inquiry and they mentioned something about “pure batteries” (even with case) not allowed by their shipping company. I asked them to look for alternative shipping methods (eg. Turkey Post, as used by many AliExpress sellers, which seem to work), but they don’t seem to be open to that idea.
At first, they said since my order didn’t arrive, they will resend it, but after awhile, they backtracked and said it’s not possible to ship pure batteries to my country (Philippines). Looks like I don’t have any choices for getting good quality 18650s at this time (GearBest does not ship to the Philippines; and Banggood which previously opened the possibility to ship 18650s to the Philippines, they now have closed that again — the above item now says “cannot ship to your location”).
It looks like AliExpress will be my only choice for now (those using Turkey Post). Hoping that Turkey Post shipping policy re: lithium-ion batteries won’t change in the near future… The difficulty with AliExpress is that I can’t be sure which sellers there have the genuine real INR18650-30Q…
Lumintop Official store on AliExpress free-ships their brand batteries to Vietnam while most other stores (GB, BG, other AE vendors) do not or charge $10+. Maybe they can also ship to your place.
Bought (pre-ordered) one item last month.
But until now isn’t ship out. Ask the CS, its out of stock…
How it out of stock while I paid for pre-ordered, a month ago.
I demand the exact date when my order will be ship.
The only answer I could get is: do you refund? What kind of rule is this?
Are you ship out selected order? The higher price first?
When I paid, you write the date item will be arrive and should ship asap, but now…
