Anyone pls give me an ideal why this one insteed of Convoy L6.
This light will be much brighter maybe 1500 lumens brighter and have better cooling and looks very different. Its like an already modded L6.

More detail about the batteries. What fits as is, 26650? The adapters mentioned in OP, those come with light, so it can accepts 18650? I got this right or no?
Please add me as interested in one with a SMO reflector installed.
Yea stock these lights fit 2 26650 cells but can fit 2 18650s cells with the adapter sleeves. Or you could add some tape around the edges of the 18650 to make them more stable inside.
If you get the chance grab some 26650 later on you will love additional run times almost double the run times.
Tom E you can probably give us a rough estimate? How many lumens do you think it will do @ 8amps?

Convoy L6: 10.5A was 5,660 lumens (FET), 11.8A was 5,750 lumens (FET), 7.2A was 4,550 lumens (resistor mod).
So guessing maybe 5,000 at 8 amps?
Lots of variables though for bin, driver, etc.
Put me down for one!
