Cheap usable and desirable lights

Don't ask why, but I need some input on some lights people like that are cheap.

First of..one light under $25.

Second a few around the $5 mark that are pretty good.

if nothing around the $5 what items around $5 that are useful to us as flashlight users?

Okay, seems people are struggling to give actual answers

You have $25...and must buy one light...you don't already have what is it?

You have $10 to buy a great light..what is it?

You have two lots of $5 to buy a light/ light related stuff...what do you get?

(with links please if possible)

How long is a piece of string...... I could name many under $25 but many would be of no use to the average Joe because they are too purpose specific. It gets even harder when one has no idea if we are talking any light or only those that don't need lithiums. As for what's desirable that's always a personal choice depending on many things including what you already have.

However just going with lights that can live on primaries alone and which are terrific general purpose lights I'd say -

Trustfire R5-A3

Trustfire Z1

Sipik SK68 or clone

for less of 5$ that 10 mini keychain or the powerlight here cheaper mmh probably is just that the good 1 xD

for less of 25$ ..too many i have an headache just tiring to select 1 xd

there have been a few threads on this topic and you'll probably find a lot of helpful responses if you search the forums a bit.

$10 seems to be where the quality and usability of lights really drop off. a lot of great lights right around $10-13. hardly any under $10. consensus on the best $10 light seems to be the Sipik SK68 and clones. my personal favorite is the $11 Trustfire F20 from Manafont.

trust me, I've done read most of the forum.

You'll discover why it's worded how it is soon. (ish)

A mysterious query

I know, could I be testing them?

Could I be using them for some special purpose....

Could I be spending hours trying to take photos of them?

Could I be building the ultimate cheap light...

Who knows...
