Can we get a thread going about all Eneloop batteries(Fujitsu, amazon, LADA)

Hello,

I’m not super knowledgeable about the rewrapped eneloops out there and I’m sure other people are curious too. Can the people who know which rewraps are true eneloops please state the brand, size, and which type of eneloop they are? For example, I’ve heard Amazon basics LSD batteries are eneloops but it gets confusing because I’ve heard that the wrappers are constantly changing.

I ask all of this as the rewraps are often cheaper. For example, I’ve picked up many Fujitsu batteries from newegg for a fraction of eneloop wrapped batteries.

It would be easier if the main post or a post on the first page could be updated constantly as products change so that it is not necessary to read the entire thread.

Can be done in this thread or another.

Thanks

Duraloops are regular rewrapped eneloops.

White tops are made in Japan, and are superior to black tops.

Black tops are made in China.

The white IKEA Ladda batteries are made by FDK (similar to Eneloop Pro).

Thanks for the info.

Who is FDK, do they also make Eneloops?

Yes.

AFSIK, the amazon basics vary between being made in Japan and made in China, so you need to read the specs on the specific batch that you are buying.

Amazing info!

Yes, that's the one.

The Duracells change so much and have so many different packages that it's difficult to be really sure which are made in Japan etc. Especially if you want to order online. Most sellers use stock photos and make it nearly impossivle to know what you will actually get.
