Convoy L6: 10.5A was 5,660 lumens (FET), 11.8A was 5,750 lumens (FET), 7.2A was 4,550 lumens (resistor mod).

So guessing maybe 5,000 at 8 amps?

Lots of variables though for bin, driver, etc.

I just received the new high amp driver. I haven’t soldered in a while, and I was never great at it anyway…so Robo is going to solder this new driver in for us. We should have it done by Thursday. He also has a light box…so we should have amp and lumen numbers as well!

I know it is taking awhile (so what else is new)…but we want to really get this one right.

Yes…fortunately we came out of the storm with very minor issues.

Some of our very good friends didn’t. They had 9.5 feet of water in their house :frowning:

So many good people were willing to jump in and help…but it was just overwhelming seeing all the damage.

This lights growing on me! Great throw, excellent heat management (hope), fits my hand,
one of the better group offers, and the battery type can only grow in power.
I always liked the feel of the old Mag lights and this light will remind me.

Looks like a very nice light with a lot of good features going for it. After reading this thread, I’m still unclear on the specifics regarding the “fantastic” and “improved UI”. Is it still similar or exactly like the Thorfire S70S UI? My interest is heavily dependent on the UI. Thanks!
