ENEDED

If it’s not too late would like to be on the list, but it really does come down to price. Any ball park figure?

Wow, I didn’t even know it was up on banggoods website yet. Here is a link.

Astrolux MF02 XHP35 HI 2700Lumens Long Range Searching LED Flashlight 1697M
https://banggood.app.link/7NCAKV4sKG

They seem to have even bumped up the specs as far as Lumen output and range.

It’s still very early so plenty on time to get on the list.

The price was said earlier to be close to the MF01, but maybe a little higher. This large reflector really adds a big extra cost to manufacture.

Oh, and a holster seems to be included!! :+1: …

Package included:
1 x Astrolux MF02 XHP35 HI 2700Lumens Long Range LED Flashlight
1 x Lanyard
1 x Tripod Mount Screw
1 x Back Strap
2 x O-ring
1 x Flashlight Holster
1 x English Manual

OK, interrested, depending on price.

Now it has more throw than TN42?

That’s what they are claiming. 2700 lumen as well. That’s really pushing that xhp35. We will have to wait and see what the real specs are.

Personally, I don’t care if it does 1690m or 1400m, that’s good enough for me, especially at this lower price point.

Interested!

I see there is a listing on the BG site, is there a code for this now? Can’t wait!

I do see one spec that is inconsistant. The peak beam intensity.

618,900
720,000

They need to choose the correct one in the Banggood listing.

No code yet.

BG site shows it’s due to arrive in one month. Oct 24. So no rush.

Btw, the list price shows to be $10 more than than the MF01. So maybe the group buy price will be $10 more than the MF01? That sounds pretty good to me.

Output grew by 6, beam intensity by 16.
2700 lm from XHP35 is really a lot and I’m afraid the light may not deliver the advertised performance.
Also, I wonder why do they state that you need 30Q for 2700 lm. It should be under 4A/cell….though maybe at high current the driver falls out of regulation.

I can only see that they recommend the Samsung 30Q batteries.
Probably because they did measure the lumens and throw using the Samsung 30Q batteries.

What I like to see is lumens after 30 sec and throw after 30 sec (when the light starts to do stable outputs)
Or I’m wrong about that?

I wonder if Lexel is working on a review for this light like he did for the MF01?

any coupon code ready?

banggood has listed the light on their site

Astrolux MF02 XHP35 HI 2700Lumens

Awaiting for sample. I requested to remove all those redundant markings such as "ON/OFF" and "Standard Tripod Connector".
