Lumintop will be sending those out themselves, so it is largely dependent on Neal getting the shipping addresses to them I would imagine. I’ve sent that info as each light was bought, don’t know where it stands.

I did all that and even added a light of my own to the effort and shipped it out already.
Am I being out of order asking when the ones I ordered/paid for/plus extra$ are going to be shipped?
Not out of order, I simply do not know. I’ve supplied Neal with the information as I got it, since things have slowed down I am going to attempt to put all the information on a spread sheet for him, but he could have done that many times over by now himself, all the information is there for him.
There are a lot of lights unsold, so the numbers sold are not as high as it could be…. my 10 yr old could have copied it all down by hand by now. So I really don’t know what to say here.

I have asked myself that many times now… There is close to $1000 sitting drawing interest in the bank waiting for a conclusion. I know for a fact that a GREAT MANY people are still in the midst of chaos down there, so monies will still be needed as everybody forgets about them. And in Florida as well, of course.

Lumintop donated 105 lights, the lights will be sent…. the monies go to the people down at the coast that were hit by Harvey. PayPal did charge some fees, 100% of what was available will be going to help them down on the Coast. I make not a penny on it, in fact, it has cost me to open the account and verify it, but that is my contribution. And so it goes.

I am waiting to be sure nobody actually asks to be refunded. Sad, but quite possibly true. It’s ok though, because like I said a great many were rushing to help down there and a great deal of money has been raised to help by other famous people and actors/actresses, but the mad rush to help means that most all of those across the country move on, forget what happened… and those down there are still digging out of the mess that remains. The piles of rubbish to be hauled off from the damaged homes is simply staggering!
I’ve been in an earthquake (1994), and a flood (2011) and it’s one of the reasons I wanted to help.
Just never mind. Let it be what it will be.
