Some of my mods to the small DQG flashlight range.

CRX CuTi Laser Osram PLTB450B 450nm 1600mW - OFBD 1.6A - 10280 - Mo Button & Twisty Tail Sw - 1600mW.Made from a DQG Titanium pill capsule with Ti extensions & hand made copper parts, a little pocket monster

Weight - 35g (With 10280 cell)The centre glow part in the tail is the magnetic momentary button, surrounded by an 8mm x 4mm neo ring magnetwhich fits into a magnetic keyring holder.

CRX DQG Titanium 10180, 10280, 10440 Pocket Charger/ Spare cell carrier.

This titanium spare cell/ pocket charger, being modular can carry and charge 10180, 10280 and 10440 cells.

It has a 100mA charge rate.

Made from a DQG titanium pill capsule & extension pieces plus a charger unit from a 10180 rechargeable flashlight.

The section with the brass rings can be removed & used to extend the laser to use a 10440 cell and the remaining sections will still house the other 10280 cell that the laser normally uses.

DQG Hobi Ti 532nm Green Laser - 10250 - Mo, Twisty Magnetic Tail Sw.Powered by a 10250 cell and has a magnetic mometary/ twisty tail switch, this is made from a DQG pill capsule and three extension pieces.

The beam is extremely visible at night but can be seen in daytime too with the aid of some smoke blown on as shown below.

Weight - 45g with 14250 cellUnscrew the head to reveal the micro USB charger port.Forward tail clicky soldered into brass tube and fixed to tail cap with brass contact ring. Brass contact points in head unit.
Charging unit is potted inside a copper housing.A 300mAh 14250 cell is used with this light.To charge, remove flashlight head, turn on the clicky switch and connect USB lead.
Red indicator for charging and green for charge complete.
The charge current is 300mA maximum, around 1C for this 300mAh 14250 cell, charge time about 1hr:10m

I made an optional charging module for my DQG titanium extension tube light.
Made from copper, brass and carbon fibre tube this has a micro USB charging port supplying a tiny ME4056 charger board modified to supply 350mA charging current. Red & green charging indicators.
Remove the flashlight head to reveal the charging unit, click the tail switch on and plug in USB lead to charge.Luminus SST-40 on 14mm Noctigon

Mini thrower? Find a way to use multiple stacked lenses to tighten the beam. I don’t know if it would work or not, but I thought that it could be done with one lens (might take two) to focus the “beam” from the LED down, then another lens to straighten it out at the smaller size. Other people have done it at larger sizes, but if you could do it at the tiny size of a DQG Hobi, that would be cool. Maybe it would require use of some Fresnel lenses in order to take up less space.
