Huh… this is really weird.
I was going to get (among other things) 3 MT-G2s, 8.98 each, but you get increasing price-breaks for ordering 3, then 5, and so on.
When I changed it to quantity 1, it dropped to 8.08, so yeah, 10% off. So you figure even without the price-break for multiples, ordering 3 would change to 24.24, right? Nope, the line total jumped up to 25.29! Ie, I’d get the price-break for ordering 3, but not the 10% sitewide discount. If anything, ordering multiple pieces would cost me more per piece than ordering fewer items.
And all the stuff I was ordering was multiples: LEDs, drivers, holsters, etc.
I thought once everything was totalled up, the code would just take 10% off the top. So 75bux or so worth of goodies would end up being 68bux or so. Nope. I’d have to cut down my order to about 50bux just to get a couple % off.
Hmm, dunno what to do…
Hmm, it’s right there on the page for each item!
8.98 is crossed out and it’s 8.08 in red, but for multiples, it shows 8.43 and 8.22 for 3-4 and 5+, respectively.
So… just stay under the threshold for getting a discount for multiples? :smiling_imp:
