I don’t need the head off I need to take the bezel off to get all the crap that’s on the reflector.

If I am reading it correctly, KB IS NOT taking the bezel off.
He is taking the head apart… seperating the reflector section from the section containing the switch & LED.
Are you saying you put it in a vise and twisted just the bezel, but the bezel was tighter than the head and the head came loose first?
In that case, I see your problem. Maybe laying the bezel down on a rubber pad and then pushing down and twisting the head will loosen it?
Two rubber strap wrenches going in different directions may also work.
