Just to be clear, I was not suggesting another thread.
I was / am suggesting a Replacement Thread & CLOSE THIS ONE. .

Sure there could be a “Team Account”.
Pick a “Team user name”, set up a “Team email address”, set up the BLF account, and each “Team member” has the account & email password.
Then there is not the problem associated with one person having control of the account and no timely needed updates if that one person is not around…. as is the case at the moment.
Have not got my GT yet, but do have the UT02 3d 5000k. It will be quite a bit warmer I am assuming. I can get a comparison tomorrow after work. My GT is supposed to be redelivered tomorrow…
Yes, from now on the projects should use a Team account to handle all thread making to keep issues like this from happening again.
For now, the issue is that even if we make a new thread most will not find it or read it but the Team will have to read and keep track of both threads.
I don’t see it fixing a lot of issues at this point but it would add a lot of work.
We might could add to the FAQ in the support thread with all the relevant details that can be linked to, still not sure how much it would help though.
I am still not back to myself, I just started eating solid food again a few days ago. So I am doing my best to just scan posts as they are made in this thread.
On the plus side I lost a fair amount of weight, a rare thing to have happen over Christmas.
There are a few 60-63.5mm (2.36-2.5”) truss clamps, but they’re the less-elegant non quick-release type. They are a bit larger than the GT’s 56mm diameter.
I hope my (unsuccessful) findings can spark some other ideas for a clamp-on handle!
After my search efforts not finding anything that would fit right, and I really doubt someone will custom make them. I could be assuming wrong.
I thought about something simplistic. Like two velcro straps, sewn to a ridged dacron webbed strap. The idea is a bit primitive, but it would work well.
