Some sort of DOS attack would be my guess. They want a login to access the page now.

This has happened before with both KD and DX - the explanation given at the time in both cases was a DDOS attack probably paid for by competitors.
The server is responding quickly, it looks nothing like a ddos attack i think.
I just got a Black Cat HM-01 warm tinted AAA light from them that shipped at the beginning of the month. It's a nice light and I don't know where else it is available in that tint. Hope KD is back soon.
KD is back!
Finally arrived my first two orders from KD, one 8X7135 for $ 4.70 70 cents each and two 16 modes 101AK .
Order 18/11 and 19/11, shipped both 23/11 ( the envelope has stamps and date , not false shipping here ) too bad took 20 days to reach my country but that is HKP matter, usual time is 4-10 days registered being the faster...I hope the neutral XP-G R4 shipped last 13th take less time to arrive.
I have an Ultrafire P10 R5 from DX ordered 12/11 which left China on 29/11 still wondering who know where.

Funny this KD... under order i have the status marked as back-ordered and already kave a HKpost shipping number. What gives?!?
I've suspected for some time that the tracking numbers are issued at the time of ordering, but they don't get around to telling HK Post till they actually post the item which would account for the usual 3-5 day delay between getting a tracking number and the package appearing in the HK Post system.
I presume the HK dealers get issued with huge blocks of tracking numbers to use, and they get "ticked off" by HK Post when the packages go through their systems.
That was also my guessing. I really hoped the item was posted already but thats wishfull thinking from KD notorious history and time of the year combined. Im happy if it leaves HK this month.
My last order from KD arrived pretty quickly - it was ordered on the 30th November (1st December there) and arrived on Tuesday 14th December. That's not bad for HK in December. Recently I've found KD to be a lot more organised and faster to ship. The old KD could take three months.
Their account management is a bit annoying, as it forgets my account frequently and asks for login info again. I recently made an order thinking I was logged in, but it appeared to be a guest account I was in. Lucky I was, I had saved the order number at once, I contacted with KD and boy they were fast. They replied in no more than half an hour and my Paypal payment was refunded already. I remade my order and now everything'S fine.
They really are fast in replies and refunds. They are now shipping fast too. I hope they keep up the competitive prices.
First post here... I placed an order last week and the only proof I have is a Paypal transaction... nothing at all on their site when I log in under recent orders.
Should I say the hell with it right off and contact Paypal? I'm already paranoid.

No, the same thing happend to me, when I made my recent order. I wrote a message to customer support and I added the Paypal transfer number. They replayed quite quickly. It seems, I wasn't loged in when I made this order, that's why it doesn't appear on my account. This doesn't bother me much. I had 9 orders with KD and all was ok so far.

Remember next time to log in to your account before making orders, then
it will show up in it right away.
I guess it will be no worse than an EBay buy. KD is going well with my orders. You'll need to ask for the tracking number though, if you haven't already at the time you completed your order. They respond fast.

Using the back button on the browser may undo your last action on the site. So I choose a product I liked and want to add it into my cart, I log in, I go back and there I'm logged out again :)
