I agree. Why keep a guy like this around Mr. Admin? I would send him a pm stating he has 1 week to make this deal right or issue a full refund or else your gone. This will be your only warning. If your gonna sell something on here, then by all means lets do so and not try and scam other members. You will have no future warnings after this one.
