After seeing this I rechecked mine and its at the Swindon distribution centre. So should be here Tuesday as its a 48h service. A little frustrating as its only 35 miles away and takes about 50 minutes to drive. Good things come to those who wait.
UK delivery looking good, same as you guys, hope to see it Monday or early next week. Not to bothered about paying customs ransom now. More conserned about getting it past the wife! Bit big to hide really.
As I could see from earlier images, all packages with single box are 4PX express and marked for UK and DE. They have contracts with large shipping companies as DHL,TNT etc.
That’s how they arrived so fast :+1:
He actually bought it from another member at 283$ but got an email from Shirley who is selling it at 265$ w/o batteries and at 315$ with batteries and needs to wait till March for delivery.
Sorry for my poor English but I don’t understand what you say about the rows. I just wish to know if my request was accepted and when the flashlight will be sent. I did not received any request of money, so what does it mean? That my request was refused? Thanks for your reply.
Anyone see the cft-90 numbers in the blf gt? Vinh is getting about 1.6m cd and 5000 lumens driving it to about 20 amps or so. Since I measured 200k lux more on his tn42vn oslon flat black led via his numbers this one might measure more like 1.7 or 1.8m cd on my meter as vinhs numbers are usually low. While the price is not at all budget friendly its performance is not yet seen in led flashlights and to have a led flashlight with this much performance is like a dream come true. If you told me 10 years ago I’d own an led flashlight that hit 5000 lumens and did over 1.6m cd I’d of lmao at you. Thats why this hobby never gets old always new mile stones being hit performance and host wise. Please dont take this as gloating I’m simplely sharing this info incane anyone was interested in the numbers and this led.
Wow! That site is still slow as molasses! That is one reason I don’t go there very often! They must be running the server on dial-up! :person_facepalming:
My two parcels have landed in France two days ago - feb. 17th. They are at the custom’s hub in Roissy and i’m hopping to get them in a week or so… After such a long wait and anticipation, it feels almost strange.

Yep! Painfully slow the vast majority of the time.
It’s interesting. The CFT90 has a 3mm2 die, 9mm of surface area and Vinh is pulling 20 amps at “3v”.
The xhp50.2 has about the same size die and pulls 10 amps at “6v”. It will also do around 5,000 lumen. (With the dome sliced off maybe it looses a lot of output?)
With a sliced dome 50.2 I would not expect the lux to get higher than the xhp35-HI. It should get lower. (The xhp35-HI has a 2.35mm2 die and 5.5mm of surface area)
Maybe someone can explain this better?
Also, I wonder who will be the first to try a sliced 50.2 with 5A at “12v”?
A batch is different from a group. We are talking about sending out a batch of PM’s, personal messages, to people that have all the purchase instructions and codes in it.
Batch 1 = PM for “first 555” people (#1 to #770 and $111) Dec 2nd.
Batch 2 = PM for #771 to #1049 ($157) Dec 9th.
Batch 3 = PM for #1050 to #1761 ($157) probably late Feb.
Make sense?
BTW, your qoute from above is old and outdated. All the latest info is on post #1 of this thread.
