Maybe Lumintop can send you a replacement mcpcb with new led.
Being in Germany, another option might be mailing your mcpcb to Lexel and he could swap a new LED in. Maybe one with a different color temperature. Then Lumintop can reimburse you the value of a new LED.
We will need to see what TA suggests.
Oh man, I finally caught up with the thread after being away for a few days and it hurts to see most people in the UK getting theirs after mine got sent back to LT three times already.
I still have not heard anything from mine yet and I really hope it wasn’t lost or delivered somewhere else as I live in remoteish place.
I’m just happy to see everyone enjoying theirs

Have you or can you open the head of your light? If so then a new mcpcb with LED would be the simplest option assuming that you can solder the mcpcb in place.
If that is not an option then it is really up to Neal on how to handle it.

I ordered the GT with batteries via registered mail. I had not realised that both factors will slow it down. Sorry. I just was wondering if that particular combo of messed up is going out in this latest 8 week batch thatunderstand is currently in process, and if they’ll get any tracking numbers?
Just to confuse matters regarding the boxes and shipment methods:
I am in Manchester in the UK. I ordered the light plus batteries and asked for registered mail. I was in the first 500 to reserve and pay etc.
I receieved my light (with batteries) last Tuesday, in one box, intact and undamaged.
It was delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48. No signature required.
The label shows the return mail address as a PO Box in Southall. A quick Google would suggest that this is some kind of mail forwarding company, maybe specializing in Chinese companies (one search result was from the OnePlus forums, they are a Chinese smartphone company).
Anyway, all is great with the beast.
I’m on nights this coming weekend so will look for a good spot to test him out.
Haven’t a clue on how to post beam shots I’m afraid. I have a decent camera but no tripod.
Hope everyone else (UK and otherwise) gets their lights soon.

The next batch has not started yet, it won’t start until the existing orders are finished.
Also, everyone will not take 8 weeks, just some of them.
Like now, we have 50 people that still need orders shipped, there will always be those that are last to ship.
No, the reflector factory closed down to CNY as well so they have to get back up and running as well before lights can start shipping. I think they expect the next batch of reflectors the end of the this week or early next week. I would put my money on next week.
Haven’t been asked by PM to pay yet. Soon?
Hopfully a few weeks, as soon as the existing orders are finished and some of the issues have been taken care of.
