Congratulations on your 4K posts!

Thank you all for making this possible. I am going to have to defer a few weeks on the giveaway, but I've got it marked on my calendar and am going to have a few good items for the giveaway (and yes, some will have 4000K emitters). :-)

Congrats Richard !

Can’t wait for your new drivers

Congrats Richard on 4K posts and thank you for all you’ve done for me/us, you are awesome…!!

I plan on doing a giveaway for Richard once his new drivers are out. I will be giving away my money in exchange for them

Very cool Richard. BTW, I love my Emissar D1S! it a fantastic light! Thanks for the recommendation!

Congrats on 4000 posts! Quite a lot id say.

Looking forward to your magic with new drivers as well. Thank you for the update!

Waiting for my Gyrfalcon All-88 to arrive from Richard. Due Friday. I noted that there seem to be very few dealers carrying it, not even Amazon. Richard and one other seller in the USA that I noted with a quick Google check. May have missed some. I note that the Gyrfalcon All-44 and All-88 and many of the Xtar battery chargers seem to be the majority of the few that HJK (Lygte) gives a 3 happy face rating to.

Heh, and I want to trade my ALL-88 for a Nitecore i8. I have an Opus charger, the i8 is a simpler charger.

I have the simple ones including the original Enova All-80, bought from Richard when it first came out, so I wanted to get a more adjustable one.

Don’t get me wrong - the ALL-88 is hugely flexible/powerful, and 8 at once is great, and I think you will like it. I’d be okay an 8 slot version of the 2 slot Nitecore I have.

Richard I was wondering if you were going to carry the Supfire M2-Z - Side Clicky Flashlight with XP-E I think,
I thought this was a great light for the price, made good gifts.

I used to carry it---wasn't very popular at all. Stopped carrying it.

Just a quick update on things:

You all have probably noticed that I've been a bit quieter here lately. A few months ago I broke my tibia (big bone in the lower leg), cracked some ribs, and injured my shoulders. A few weeks after that, I fell down on the crutches and broke my wrist. Needless to say, it made working difficult and so even though I could still keep up with orders, I wasn't as fast as usual and couldn't work as long so I was trying to keep to the bare minimum as far as any other flashlight stuff was concerned while I was healing.

I'm back walking again---only with a little limp, and my wrist is still in the brace and will be for a few weeks, but its strength is coming back as well. Shoulders still hurt when placing a lot of parts or doing a lot of soldering, but they are getting better every day. I'd say I'm back to around 90%.

And no, I haven't forgotten about the 4000 post giveaway...just delayed due to the aforementioned.

Glad to hear you are mending! Nothing’s more important than your health. Be well.

I’ll hold off on my 26650 order for another week or so. Those are kinda heavy!

Wow, Richard I’m glad you healed up fairly fast,
I surely did suspect something was seriously wrong on your end and I guess so, wow.
Re: the Supfire M2’s, yes looking at them from a flashaholic’s point of view they weren’t much that’s for sure, but giving them away as gifts with the single bay charger you had to people who knew nothing about lights, well they were absolutely amazed, but definitely understandable about dropping them when stock is gone, thanks for the info.
I really am glad to hear your coming along and your health is improving, I do wish you the best and complete recovery…!!
Just a recollection, one thought I had about you was a four wheeling accident for some reason, I think I had looked at one of your light bars,
Take it slow Richard…!

That sounds like it hurt . We know you didn’t trip in the dark. Get well.

really sorry Richard for your accident. Glad to hear you are on the mend.

Goodness, Richard! Glad to hear you’re on the mend.

All the best for a speedy recovery Richard. I hope you were a good patient for SWMBO. :stuck_out_tongue:
