CRX Brass Puck

Is there anything that you can’t turn into a flashlight CRX?
Superb, again

The Master of Minuscule strikes again !

Great work as always .
Keep ’em coming .

These little things are sweet!

Nice one, ones more! Very uncommon formfactor :+1:

Super nice awesome build !!

What do you use to pot your internals?

Very nice  ! It would be interested to see build pics and how you manage to stuff all that inside that small body.
Could you post a link of that charger board (TP4056 ME)?
Did you connect the battery output over the TP4056 board?

Awesome……………you rock! :sunglasses:

Awesome job!!!

looks pretty useful too. :sunglasses:

Wow, really. So ingenious, you make stuff that doesn’t even occur to 99% of us and those creations are always awesome!

Nice job! Keep the fun lights coming!

anybody who wouldn’t want one of these?

Thanks for all your comments

I used UV setting glue for the driver in the top and JB Weld for the stuff in the bottom half.

I wonder myself sometimes
vwpieces first introduced the charger boards to me here, his M3 build. £bay link.
Connects like this:

Awesome job CRX, I bet most people can’t even figure out what it is, until you turn it on.
I admire your creativity. :+1:

Dude, you stuff is soooo cool!

Got it :+1: , very handy little module. I’ll get a few of those for sure.

I suppose this only works with drivers that use momentary switch (side switch). Driver is blocking charging current from going to LED when flashlight is off.
Maybe I’m to ignorant but I don’t see how this charging module would be connected in flashlights with standard tail switches.

That’s cool!

Nice work, CRX

Thanks for the charger link, I didn’t know they came that small. I’ll be getting some of those for my parts box!

There is a few ways to do it, driver with momentary switch, an extra wire going direclty to the battery something like shown below, a charger/ driver like the the one in the Eagle Eye X2R or if you use a driver with a low moon mode that will work too but not the best method as the light needs to be on while charging. Maybe some other ways too?

New guy here just wondering if you would ever make one of these to sell? I just started learning about modifying lights so I think I’m a few years away from any of these builds lol. Your stuff is awesome!
