Clicked on the link a few days and every time it was listed for $19.90. Until a few moments ago: it’s back to $14.90. So I ordered one. Maybe the website itself is not secure, but without logging in the checkout links directly from cart to Paypal. Now it’s just a matter of wait and see when it shows up at my doorstep.

How do you turn on or off? Do you just click on or hold the button?
Does it have mode memory (doubt it). Hopefully it always start at low instead of starting at the next mode or starting at medium, which is annoying.
This is not an electronic switch.
How to turn on and off? Just like any other flashlight with a normal mechanical switch. Click Click
It will start back from low again..
So half press to cycle. Full press to turn on off and always start low. Thats not bad at all.

Hmm... Turning off within 3-5 seconds from switching modes will have the aweful next mode memory.
Looks like longer than 3-5 seconds will have no memory...

Its a well made light, but the driver is questionable! Pwm, no moon mode and this memory thing...
5 years ago this would have been normal, but not in 2018
Purchased one too, waiting it to arrive.
ChibiM, what’s the driver diameter? Would like to swap the driver but it’s kinda hard to find nice AA driver nowadays.
Its small, its 13/14 mm. There arent many drivers out there that small!

14500 only. But I think you need to add solder or a mini spring, for the positive side of the battery to touch the board.
I got an email saying it has shipped already .
Jackie was having a problem with his shipper. not his fault. i received my order after 3 weeks, just as described, the copper cube light. at least he answered all my pestering emails about the order and shipping, unlike the other one man show that never shipped my stuff
I received my Enogear AA stainless steel today and it actually does look very good and feels solid. Much better than I expected but not as good as the Reylight TiLan. The light is kind of spotty and is very rosy color unlike the typical cheap yellow/green. I will do some ceiling bounce measurements later.
Also the package and light smells bad like petroleum. I washed the flashlight inside out with soap and now I don’t smell it anymore.
Glad to hear you got yours. Mine has been shipped one month ago and still not delivered which is an unusual delay - it usually takes two weeks, but i sometime waited two month for an order…
About the petroleum smell… it seems a lot of orders from China have that smell, no idea why. It is especially noticeable when ordering cloth.
My order is approaching 1 month. Are they coming from China or India?
